Nepal's First and Only Satellite City Construction is in great Speed🔥🔥
IntroductionNepal in the News|According to the Government's announcement it is announced and made fixed that Government will gonna make two places of Bhaktapur as"Nepal's First and Only Satellite City". Among the four satellite cities which are to be made in Kathmandu Valley, it has been fixed that two of them will be made in Bhaktapur only which is an amazing thing to hear, isn't it? Kathmandu Valley Development Committee has already made the project module of the Satellite City which is going to be made in Bhaktapur.
The government has allocated a total land of 1 lakh Ropanies in the East of Kathmandu Valley to make the stunning, biggest and fully
facilitated city ever in Nepal's history, that's really gonna be cool. What do you think 🤔? It is said that this Satellite City will cover its area from the way of Bhaktapur, Telkote Road, West Jorpati, Cricket Stadium, Mulpani and many more.. said by Mr. Mahesh Basnet.
According to the prepared module/ DPR the estimated budget to construct thus advanced and stunning city will be approximately 1 Billion NRs. said by Mr. Bhaikaji Tiwari. This amazing project after completion will be Nepal's the most biggest and bizarre residential project carried out in Nepal's history by Nepal Government. About 6000 Ropanies of land of Changunarayan Municipality will be accumulated.
"Nepal's First and Only Satellite City" will also cover 5 of the main municipality like Bhaktapur, Madhyapurithimi, Kageshwori Manohara, Sankharapur Municipality etc..
Of the satellite cities, the 'Agniya' city will be spread to about 5,000 plants. The city will extend eastwards from Suryavinayak Chowk in Bhaktapur, covering the forest area in front of Suryavinayak Ganesha Temple, to the west by the canal canal of Gundu, new Balkot, plant road, water tank, old Balkot, Amarnagar, Thimi and Arniko highway.
Similarly, DPR has been prepared by setting boundary along the Araniko highway to the north, extending the town till Silamagal, Ranikot Junglechau, Anantalingshwar Fedi, Tarkhagal, Pataletar, and Khare. According to the authority, the city will spend more than Rs 2 billion to build it. The government has put forward a plan for systematic settlement development by constructing four new cities in an area of around 100,000 acres in the valley.
Although the government has restricted the construction of new buildings to less than eight acres in the area of developing a new city and prohibited the construction of new buildings, the local level has agreed to construct the house by exploiting the authority given by the Reconstruction Authority to construct the earthquake-damaged houses. Due to which the government has influenced the construction of a new city.
In order to build the satellite city, the government is going to unify the local land and build various settlements by developing various essential infrastructures. Commissioner Tiwari informed that there was a plan to transfer the land to the locals after the development of the entire infrastructure.
Commissioner Tiwari said that the construction of the city would be started with the investment of the Ministry of Urban Development, the private sector and international investors by forming a consumer committee in each settlement. After the development of the "Nepal's First and Only Satellite City", such cities will not be able to be sold at any time. Basnet informed that the prestigious company of China has submitted a letter of intent on investment boards for Balcot, Gundu, Dadhikot and Cirutar fire angles.
In such cities, priority will be given to road and infrastructure including bicycle lanes, keeping wide open areas, necessary playgrounds, parks, swimming pools, greenery, transport network, drinking water, electricity, education, health and other infrastructures.
In the satellite city, residential, commercial and industrial areas will be organized in separate locations. There are plans to manage electricity and the Internet, telephone wires underground, and waste management.
Along with Bhaktapur, the government will develop another city with 3,000 ropani area in Lalitpur as the third city. To the east of Lalitpur, the city will be extended from Khokana Bungmati to Chimpi, then to Ward No. 1 to 3, to the west and south to the boundary of the Bagmati River and to Sambu of Sawik on the north. It has been named 'Southwest' city.
The fourth city in Kathmandu has been designated as the 'North' by the smooth, narrow road to the bypass. To the north of it, the road extends from Mahadevkhola Kavresthali main road, extending from Mahadevkhola to Mahadevkhola Kavresthali road in the south, extending from Malung to Kavresthali road. Likewise, the city will be spread over 5,000 rupees from Kavasthali to the main road on the west side.
Although the DPR of three proposed new cities is ready, the DPR of the last 'North' will be ready in the current fiscal. It is estimated to cost around Rs. 2 billion for the construction of the four cities. Commissioner Tiwari informed that work has been initiated within the next three years by developing the satellite city and managing five lakh people in these four cities.
